JOSEPHINE OCHENI
FOUNDER
Josephine Ocheni the founder and CEO of Career Restyle partners with creatives, solopreneurs, dreamers, innovators and changemakers to help them switch over into careers purposed for them. After spending over a decade working with statistical data and taking on management roles in the federal space, Josephine quickly discovered that the true catalyst to change is knowledge sharing, innovation and resourcefulness.

Throughout her career, Josephine started realizing that she quickly became the go-to individual when someone needed to accomplish a desired goal or get from point A to B. It was then that she came to understand that her ability to lay out a plan for others and her knack for organization was an asset. She started to informally mentor employees on how to land their desired position and coach executives. Soon after, she realized that she wanted to replicate this impact on a bigger scale and provide opportunities for others who believed they were destined for more. Josephine speaks at company engagements, workshops, conferences and hopes to help propel people into their destiny!
Josephine holds a BA in Sociology and a BS in Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has a master’s degree in Management and several certifications from George Washington University focused on Business Analysis and IT Project Management.
